Summit Curve in the Morning Light

At the top of the hill where I turn around to add more laps to my cardio workout, you can see the tops of the Jemez Mountains mostly obscured by the hills.  There, I took my first breaths of nano particles that seeped into my bones at birth.  This land is part of me.

The thrill of rubbing a ripened banana on a blank stucco wall when I was two sparked my interest in art.  The expression did not make my mother happy, but he scolding didn't take away the excitement.  I've been into art ever since.
